When will my package be delivered free of charge?

What are the shipping costs?
The contribution to shipping costs is as follows:

Shipments to other countries can only be sent by special request. The shipping costs will be calculated by us in advance and communicated to you as a customer.
Which delivery options can I choose?
You can choose between delivery at the delivery address or delivery at a pick-up point.
If you do not want the parcel delivered to your home because you have to work that day, for example, you can choose to have it delivered to a pick-up point. Choose 'Collection from collection point' as your shipping method and select the collection point of your choice. You will receive an e-mail when the parcel is ready for you there.
What is the delivery time of my order?
We aim to offer all orders placed and paid for before 13:00 on working days to the carrier on the same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped the next working day. Unfortunately, we cannot give any guarantees regarding our postal batches.
Orders placed abroad have a longer delivery time. You can also track these orders via the link in the shipping confirmation.
During holidays, sales period such as Black Friday and the launches of new collections, we are busier than usual. Despite the rush, we do our utmost to process and ship your package as soon as possible. Please note that the parcel will be delivered later than you are used to.
How do I track an order?
We will send you several e-mails to keep you informed about the progress of your order. After you have placed your order, we will send you the order confirmation by e-mail. The moment your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with a track and trace. As soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier, you will be able to see the current delivery status. The track and trace will therefore not provide a result immediately, only after it has been scanned at the carrier.
Orders for foreign countries have a longer delivery time. You can also track these orders via the link in the shipping confirmation.
What if my order has not been delivered?
Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that the delivery driver's schedule is delayed and you receive your order later. If your order has not been delivered, we ask you to take a few steps first. Check the tracking information of your order via the link we provided you by e-mail.
If the courier does not find you at home, they will deliver the parcel to your neighbours or to a collection point. In the latter case, you can pick up the parcel the next day. You will then receive an e-mail with a link to the address and opening hours of the collection point.
